Architectural Building Components Metal Roofing and Wall Panel Manufacturer

We are a metal roofing and metal wall manufacturer headquartered in Houston, Texas. Our metal systems work on a variety of applications for both re-roofing and new metal roof construction. What makes us unique is our ability to custom tailor solutions for whatever your metal roofing needs may be.

Metal has long been known for it's sustainability, longevity, low maintenance requirements, and superior weather-tight performance. We are taking those material benefits to the next level. With the unique ability of individual panel replaceability, our veteran 238T and New 138T Symmetrical Panel Systems are the next generation of structural and architectural metal roof systems.

We have a variety of metal panels available for your roof or wall application. Our standing seam metal roofs weather the toughest environments while outlasting other configurations in day-to-day wear and tear. Because we are a metal roof manufacturer, we can sell directly to the end customer with no middlemen. We can even manufacture custom sheet metal roofing right on your job site:

We have the world’s only jobsite manufacturing vehicles – Archzilla® and Highroller® that can run continuous panels up to 300’ directly onto the roof! Utilize these innovations on your next project to drastically extend the roof’s lifespan as well as lower the time and costs associated with repairs.

Our website features an extensive information section that explains the different types of metal roofs and in which application to use each type. For example, we carry four unique types of standing seam metal roofs:

Mechanically seamed hydrostatic panels

Ideal for environments requiring superior wind uplift resistance. These are the most difficult to install, yet the most secure.

Symmetrical mechanically seamed panels

Provides weather-tight resistance like the above with the replacement options of a two-piece snap-lock. This design is a watershed in the industry and one of our most popular products.

One-piece snap-lock

Less likely to be used in high-wind areas, the one-piece snap-lock is best applied on decked applications with slopes of 2:12 and above. These are not typically used in high-wind applications as the corner uplift pressures exerted on these roofs is the most prevalent cause of roof failure. In addition, they are less able to endure wind driven rain.

Two-piece snap-lock

Ideal for tapered and curved roof designs, the two-piece snap-lock standing seam roof has fallen out of favor since the advent of the symmetrically seamed panel.
