ABC's 1" tall Instaloc standing seam metal roof system is the installer-friendly alternative to labor-intensive, mechanically seamed or pan and batten standing seam panels. Instaloc is a one-piece, snap-together metal roof system designed for installation on solid deck, perfect for commercial or residential applications with roof slopes 3:12 or greater where a 1” tall seam and a narrower standing seam panel are desired. The Instaloc clip allows for unlimited thermal movement.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fluropon^® coatings are factory applied, oven-baked finishes based on polyvinylidene fluoride resin (Kynar 500^® PVDF Resin-Based or Hylar^® 5000). Fluropon^® coatings are manufactured by Valspar, 701 S. Shiloh Rd., Garland, TX 75042-7812.

Fluropon^® coating systems consist of primer, applied at a nominal dry film thickness of .25 mil, and a color coat, applied at a nominal dry film thickness of .75 mil. Some custom colors may require additional coats, such as a clear top coat and/or a barrier coat. Some aggressive environments may require additional coats, such as a clear top coat and/or a thick film primer. Contact Architectural Building Components for suggested specifications.
