Standard trucks can only transport around 50’ long panels. Beyond that, the cost, risk, and time associated with crane loading long panels can cause an unnecessary inconvenience. This means that roof systems with long panel lengths typically lead to unsightly end laps that are vulnerable to roof leaks.

When panels are too long to ship we unleash our jobsite production monster trucks.
Archzilla® & Highroller®, are both operated by ABC factory personnel, who bring our factory roll-forming equipment to your project location. Our jobsite trucks are capable of reaching eave heights up to 30 feet, roof slopes up to 5:12, and can manufacture panels at 100 feet per minute. Many roofs require weather tightness warranties; but we know what you really want is a worry free roof. Continuous length panels are a critical part of eliminating the worry.
