Standard trucks can haul around 50’ long panels.  Beyond that, the costs and inconveniences prevent the ability to provide a continuous length panel.  This means that roof systems require unsightly end laps that are vulnerable to roof leaks.  In addition, end laps in standing seam panels create challenges in addressing thermal movement.

Archzilla^®, operated by factory personnel, brings our factory roll-forming equipment to your project location.  Archzilla^® is capable of reaching eave heights up to 30 feet, roof slopes up to 5:12, and can manufacture panels at 100 feet per minute.   Many roofs require weather tightness warranties.  However, we know what you really want is a worry free roof.  Continuous length panels are a critical part of eliminating the worry.
