JSM 300 DL standing seam panels are perfect for installation over open frame or solid deck where the advantages of a taller seam or wider panel can be utilized. Site forming continuous length panels onto the roof using one of our Archzilla^® trucks makes this system ideal for new construction or re-roof applications directly over existing metal roofs, single ply or modified roofs down to slopes of ¼:12.

Low slope standing seam or lap seam metal roofs fail at the end laps. Metal roof panel end laps are bad no matter what the slope, but on a low slope they provide a situation for water damming, then panel failure.

Installing The 300 DL

At 3" tall, there is only one standard way to install this panel. A double locked seam is bent 180° to ensure maximum wind uplift resistant and weathertightness. Although the panel is capable of being only single-locked, we strongly encourage at double locked seam (DL).
