SNAPLOCK-LO

SnapLock-Lo is our 1” tall, two-piece, snap-together system. Because the seams are symmetrical, the panel can run either direction on the slope (excludes directional metallic finishes). This feature prevents significant waste on applications with multiple hips, valleys and slope changes. The simplicity of the seam makes it ideal for tapering and curving where conditions allow.

There are 3 basic 2-piece, SnapLock standing seam metal roof panels: SL-LO, SL-HI and SL Batten.

All SnapLock panels feature a separate pan-and-batten design which allows bi-directional installation. SnapLock panels are designed to be installed over a solid deck with a minimum slope of 3:12.

The colors represented here are standard Kynar 500^® PVDF Resin-Based or Hylar^® 5000 based colors offered by Architectural Building Components. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fluropon^® coatings are factory applied, oven-baked finishes based on polyvinylidene fluoride resin (Kynar 500^® PVDF Resin-Based or Hylar^® 5000). Fluropon^® coatings are manufactured by Valspar, 701 S. Shiloh Rd., Garland, TX 75042-7812.

Fluropon^® coating systems consist of primer, applied at a nominal dry film thickness of .25 mil, and a color coat, applied at a nominal dry film thickness of .75 mil. Some custom colors may require additional coats, such as a clear top coat and/or a barrier coat. Some aggressive environments may require additional coats, such as a clear top coat and/or a thick film primer. Contact Architectural Building Components for suggested specifications.

Fluropon^® coatings on steel meet or exceed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 07413 Metal Roofing & Siding requirements. Test results reported here are for G90 HDG. Detailed test results are available upon request.
